Eric graduated from the University of Maryland, and now lives with his family in Potomac. Robert Garcia is Operations Manager as well as a licensed realtor. He focuses on Montgomery, Prince George’s, and Frederick counties. His attention to detail makes him a vital part of the day-to-day business of the company.

Debbie currently serves as a licensed Realtor® on Eric's team, specializing in the Potomac, Bethesda Chevy Chase and Northwest DC market. Having owned her home in Potomac for the last 20 years and raised her five children here, she knows the area well.
Debbie is very familiar with the challenges of relocation; she has moved more than 15 times in her life, having been raised in a military family and having married a navy physician. She graduated from Seattle University, and later settled in the Washington D.C. area. She taught second grade for several years before changing to real estate. Debbie remains active in her children's schools and enjoys travelling with family, gardening, and reading.
