Eric Stewart started helping clients buy and sell real estate in 1987, and each year sells over a hundred homes in MD, VA, and DC. He has completed more than 2,300 real estate transactions, which has placed him in the top 1% of Realtors® in the nation (the top 200 out of more than 1,000,000 Realtors®).
Eric is from a family of doctors, which means he thinks like one. His greatest interest is centered on his clients, listening and prescribing a plan of action for each one.
As a native to the suburbs of Washington, DC, Eric has lived and worked in the DC metro area for over 45 years. He graduated from the University of Maryland, and now lives with his family in Potomac.
Eric wakes up on Sunday mornings with his metropolitan listening audience who turn in to his weekly radio show on WMAL AM 630/105.9 FM. With his personal candor, Eric dispenses timely information on the local real estate market and provides coaching on how to “rightsize” your life.
With his commitment to community development and social good, Eric is also the founder of Widow Care, a new Maryland based nonprofit designed to provide support and volunteer services to widows and widowers in distress.

Robert Garcia is Operations Manager as well as a licensed realtor. He focuses on Montgomery, Prince George’s, and Frederick counties. His attention to detail makes him a vital part of the day-to-day business of the company.
He is able to advise sellers and buyers of the current market conditions, negotiate contracts with all kinds of contingencies, and suggest the right third party vendors (such as home inspectors, lenders, handymen, and settlement companies). Debbie currently serves as a licensed Realtor® on Eric's team, specializing in the Potomac, Bethesda Chevy Chase and Northwest DC market. Having owned her home in Potomac for the last 20 years and raised her five children here, she knows the area well.
Debbie is very familiar with the challenges of relocation; she has moved more than 15 times in her life, having been raised in a military family and having married a navy physician. She graduated from Seattle University, and later settled in the Washington D.C. area. She taught second grade for several years before changing to real estate. Debbie remains active in her children's schools and enjoys travelling with family, gardening, and reading.
